These Terms of Service govern your use of Philix, a product of Mercy Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Philix, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

Philix is designed for children ages 4 to 12, used under the supervision and account management of a parent or legal guardian. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and provide consent for your child's use of the platform.

2. Parental Consent

In compliance with COPPA, we require verified parental consent before creating any child profile. Parents are responsible for managing their child's experience on the platform, including time limits, companion access, and account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Philix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to circumvent safety filters, access unauthorized areas of the platform, or use the service in any manner that could harm children or other users.

4. Intellectual Property

Philix, all companion characters (Philixes), and all associated creative IP are the exclusive property of Mercy Technologies. "Philix" is a trademark of Mercy Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Disclaimers

Philix is provided "as is." While we take every precaution to ensure child safety, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Philix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
